A robust Performance and Incentives (P&I) strategy influences the organization's ability to attract and retain the best talent while creating a strong alignment of individuals' interests with the organization's strategic goals. The Performance and Incentives (P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentives, job family and job level management and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, deeply diving into market research, analyzing big data, and benchmarking. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in and support the Performance and Incentives related programs and initiatives through data analysis, insights provision, market research, etc;
- Support the formulation, review and optimization of relevant Performance and Incentive policies and mechanisms (and you will first start in global mobility function) according to the company's management philosophy and client needs and the return on investment analysis;
- Work with other HR partners to ensure accurate implementation of reward design and policy/process changes;
- Support other Performance and Incentives related programs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree or above;
- Demonstrated interest in HR Performance and Incentives functions (e.g. performance management, compensation, benefits, global mobility etc.);
- Good logical and data analysis capabilities, and willing to dig deep into problems and proactively seek better solutions;
- Strong communication skills and good team spirit;
- Open-minded and self-driven, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and succeed in a fast changing environment.
- Successful candidates must start in September 2024
- Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
