Abatec is recruiting for an Electronics Inspector / Test Technician for our successful market leading Manufacturing company based in Chippenham.

Working within a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, the technician will have previous experience and a good understanding of transformers, coils and inductors.

As an Electronic's Inspector you will:

• Work with a range of electrical apparatus and equipment to test incoming product to ensure they meet specification
• Liaise and work closely with your supervisors to organise and priorities work towards production deadlines
• Read and follow Engineering drawings
• Use a variety of hand tools and electrical equipment
• Inspection and testing of products
• Have excellent attention to detail

Our client requires an Electronics Inspector with:

• A strong background in Electronic /Electrical Inspection or similar
• Previous experience in inspection and quality documentation
• Full experience in reading and understanding Engineering drawings
• Experience of using a variety of hand tools and electrical and/or mechanical equipment
• Experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
