We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team at a thriving logistical company based in Birmingham. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and meeting our customers' high expectations. This is a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment where attention to detail and a proactive approach are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently sorting and shrink wrapping pallets, heavy lifting is required no more than 25kg
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse, including stock replenishment, stock rotation, cleanliness, tidiness, and adherence to Health & Safety guidelines.
- Pay close attention to detail and present the picked product to meet our customers' high expectations.
- Engage in some heavy lifting tasks, as this role involves physical work and occasional outdoor responsibilities.
