Job Description
Abcam is looking for a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support the Legal Department on-site in Cambridge, United Kingdom. Reporting to the Director of Contracts, you will be responsible for creating a mapping .csv file based on various data you extract from all of Abcam's contracts. The successful candidate must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about life sciences, detail oriented and enjoy being continually challenged.
Your Responsbilities:
- Extracts source data from various company contracts for .csv entry by compiling and sorting predetermined data subsets.
- Works with the Legal Department to establish data entry priorities.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping all data confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
- University diploma
- Data entry experience or related office experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
