Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for working across all biddable media channels to include; programmatic display, paid social and YouTube to ensure the creative, campaigns, reporting are all aligned to the local and national goals. This will also require both a hands on in platform experience of setting campaigns up and creative optimisation as well as working with internal and external agencies (e.g. Internal creative team, external media buying teams)
This role will cover the UK & Ireland markets, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from International markets to share best practice and lead by example.
You will be challenged with lots of data and opportunity to be involved in some of our fastest growing performance media channels as well as building strong partnership relationships with partners.
Main Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of digital ad platforms that focus and the role of effective creative optimization to both programmatic, social and video activation
- Understanding and willing to learn audience levers across the channels to drive desired business outcomes
- Excellent planning and communication skills to be able to articulate progress of activity as well as being able to have a very good eye for detail to ensure activity is correct.
- Responsible for the creative briefing and working with creative teams to ensure digital media creative is fit for audience
- Support ongoing creative optimization work alongside the team and technology partners (like smartly)
- Ability and desire to work with large data sets for appropriate measurement alongside our data team
- Work extremely closely with our local team to ensure franchisee activity is being delivered
- Manage and work with external agencies to ensure we are operating both effectively and efficiently
- Monitor daily and weekly performance across various marketing KPIs, improving marketing efficiency, and prioritising accordingly
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- Experience working across digital marketing channels such as; paid social, programmatic, youtube
- Experience working with different type of audience optimisations strategies across digital media
- Structured and organized approach to the job at hand
- Proficient levels in excel and analytics
- Approachable and supportive style with strong interpersonal, diplomacy and relationship-management skills
- Good understanding of in platform capabilities for at least one channel (paid social, youtube etc)
- Confident in being able to deliver presentations to wider teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team, and excited by problem-solving complex challenges, and approach obstacles pragmatically, practicing collaboration skills.
