- Location:Near Lewes, East Sussex (with some remote/home working available)
- Time of Day:37.5 hours a week (part-time hours possible)

This is a great opportunity for an experienced facilities professional to join Raystede, the animal welfare charity in Sussex. This is a new role and you will be responsible for developing a strategy and plan to effectively manage Raystede’s buildings, assets, land and property both maintenance and long term development and projects. The role also has responsibility for Health & Safety and environmental services. You will lead a team and report to the Head of Finance & Resources.
About you
We are looking for someone who can rise to the challenge of this opportunity. As we have an Estates team and manager, this is an office-based role and you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience of excellent planning and budgeting in facilities management.
- Able to create new systems and processes.
- Ability to use analytical and creative thinking to resolve complex problems.
- Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety management.
