Job description
We are recruiting money hungry sales people for an immediate start within our telesales team of 14 staff in our Northern Quarter offices. We have been established since 2002 and have 45 staff in Manchester including creative staff, admin, and sales. We also have offices in Birmingham, London, and Miami, with 140 staff in total.
The office is buzzing with a very motivated team, who sell the market leading studio with the competitive edge over competitors, and locations in London, Birmingham, and Manchester.
- We have a very low turnover of staff , with a team of 14 bookers in Manchester. The atmosphere is positive and upbeat. Hype Digital is a busy fashion studio and we are looking for a hard working, target driven, competitive person to work as part of a team booking appointments from warm leads.
- There is absolutely no cold calling.
- We source all the leads for you, which are distributed equally, daily, regardless of previous performance or time with company. We believe in an even playing field and a happy working environment.
The successful candidate will be a very upbeat, outgoing, individual, with confidence, and a positive attitude. Experience and a proven track record in telesales is essential. Full time Monday to Friday, £20,000 basic plus generous commission of up to an additional £15,000+ uncapped. Excellent pay for the right candidate, and easy for people who can close.
This is a consultative sale, and all about quality of delivery of pitch, not volume of calls. The right candidate must have an excellent telephone manner. It is essential that English is excellent.
