Customer Account Manager, Customer Success, SaaS, Salesforce, B2B, Remote, London
Customer Account Manager / Customer Success Manager required to work for a start-up SaaS company based in Central London. However, due to Covid-19, this will be virtually remote and you would only have to go to the London office circa once a month (expenses paid). However, if you live close to the office, they would want to see you face circa 2-3 times per week.
As the leader of this team is located in the North-West of England, someone in the Manchester or Liverpool area would be great, but we can literally consider people located anywhere in the country. Also, this is an URGENT role to be filled, so anyone who is close to being immediately available would be preferable.
This role is mainly about the attitude of the individual. We need a seasoned Account Manager, ideally with SaaS experience, someone who has light exposure to Salesforce and someone who understands bids / bid management. The rest is all about the care-factor, the lengths you are prepared to go to in order to keep the customer happy and how dedicated to the cause you are prepared to be.

The ideal candidate will have (not all essential):
· A Minimum of 2+ years of Account Management, Customer Success or similar experience is required
· Experience working within a B2B SaaS company is preferred
· Start-up journey experience
· RFP/Tender experience is a plus!
· Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM’s
· Strategic thinking, able to advise and meet long/short-term goals with each customer.
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Ability to be effective and maintain strong internal and external relationships working in a global, virtual setting
· Proven ability of retention and upsell
· Detail oriented and analytical
· Strong team player
