Telemarketer - Hull Kingston upon Hull, England
Job description
Our head office is hiring a telemarketer who will work as part of the sales and marketing team and contact customers directly by telephone to make appointments and qualify prospects for sales representatives/managers with a focus on the Hull / Immingham brach and national accounts.
You will also be responsible for supporting the marketing manager with digital campaigns through email, live chat and social media with great progression opportunity for the right person.
The successful candidate will generate new business leads through the forming of strong relationships by focusing on customers wants and needs rather than high pressure sales techniques.
The role will also require the answering of sales enquiries, ensuring the CRM / sales database is kept current and upto date where required and also support the Marketing Manager in communicating promotions, new product announcements and after sales information to the pre-defined audiences within the CRM.
