Job description
ESMS Global Ltd is looking for life science graduates to join their team of information scientists answering telephone inquiries from healthcare professionals, veterinary practices, and pet owners.
Life sciences / Bioveterinary Sciences Degree required. Full training will be given.
We would like the applicant to take some inquiries relating to human clinical trials and Medical information as part of (www.esmsglobal.com). Knowledge of GCP and ABPI would be ideal, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Basic knowledge of Pharmacology and Toxicology would be desirable.
Excellent interpersonal skills including:
- Demonstrable ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately, both verbally and in writing, and to listen actively.
- Ability to communicate with customers at all levels.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to remain stable and calm under pressure.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy, striving for excellence in standards and methods of work.
The job will be based in London SE1 and applicants will be required to work shifts including weekends and nights which will attract an unsocial hours payment.
Benefits include nightshift and weekend supplements, pension scheme, share option scheme, 37.5 hours per week, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
The role is usually office-based but we are currently working from home according to govt. guidelines.
