About the role
We’re looking for a Technology Operations & Support Analyst to work in our Product & Technology team based in London.
Our B2B platform, Refined 360°, is the portal our brands use to manage stock and product data, and access sales reports and insights that will help them maximise their revenue in the UK.
The role will span across backend (internally used) features, and front end (brand-facing).
We’re a small team within an exciting young business – we’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, enthusiastic and eager to progress. You’ll report into the Chief Product & Technology Officer – this is a role where your voice and recommendations will be listened to.
As Technology Operations & Support Analyst at Refined you will:
- Be the internal and external point of contact and issue owner for operational support status of Refined 360°. This will include related internal and third-party applications and services.
- Log, track and communicate effectively with development teams, internal stakeholders and brand partners to prioritise, mitigate, resolve and report on root-cause.
- Create/maintain operational documentation and knowledge base to streamline incident resolution.
- Provide end user support for our team.
- Collaborate with the engineers while features are actively developed/delivered, providing insight from support perspective, occasionally taking part in testing of platform features.
Your experience/capabilities:
- Experience in end user IT support and application support.
- Google Workspace would be beneficial but not essential.
- T-SQL / scripting.
- Problem solving is key to this role.
- Good communication skills are important.
- Prior experience working within retail, ecommerce, wholesale, fashion/apparel would be ideal.
This is a hybrid role with 1–2 days in our central London office per week.
