As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services and products
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and demeanour
