About the Job

We are seeking a Post 16 project coordinator to lead and support our work with sixth form and college students, who meet the Widening Participation criteria to support their progression and transition to university and beyond. The project coordinator role will plan, support, and deliver projects and events such as university taster day experiences, career events, webinars, and the flagship Summer School Challenge programme. Strong project management skills are essential to support logistics and administration, and a collaborative approach will be required to work with key stakeholders including subject teachers, careers teams, academics, university service areas, and third parties. Our core work is within London and Essex and some weekend and evening work will be required.

This is a customer facing role working directly with young people. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) will be requested for the successful candidate.

We are currently piloting a hybrid working policy and colleagues are working two days a week from home which is subject to change to meet business needs.
