EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW


We have an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Technology team working from our head office in Coventry.


You’ll have robust stakeholder management skills and the ability to pull together teams working collaboratively to get to resolutions. Also being a great coach and mentor will be key as you’ll support our Associate Business Analysts on their development journey.


You’ll work under the direction of our Principal Business Analyst to work closely with teams to prioritise backlog based on value forecast and ensure any delivery commitment is met in alignment to the Train delivery cadence.


Essentially you’ll provide a Business Analysis service for Technology projects within sprints, from refinement through to delivery of clear acceptance criteria enabling a minimal viable product to release value. Working closely with the Programme Team including Principal Business Analyst, Release Train Engineer/ Senior Project Manager, Architects and Test Lead will be key to enable success.


Whilst also acting as a liaison with Principal Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure alignment of stories/requirements to Technology Principles, raising aware of risk/dependencies whilst ensuring the delivery team are working within the guardrails and understanding the business problem they are trying to solve.
