The Position:

The successful candidate will be providing high quality IT Support. You will be responding to customer support incidents and implementing solutions to ensure a high-quality level of service is provided. You will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading our company's IT systems. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all IT systems are operating effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with other members of the IT department to ensure that all IT services are delivered to the business in a timely and effective manner.


What You’ll be Doing:

  • Adhering and responding to agreed SLAs.
  • Assisting with project work where necessary.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues.
  • Ensure that all IT systems are operating effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain the company's IT systems, including servers, laptops, network infrastructure, and software applications.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, hardware upgrades, and system backups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues reported by users.
  • Manage user accounts and access control for all company IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices for service delivery and service management.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including installation and configuration of software and hardware.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Work closely with other members of the IT department to ensure that all IT services are delivered to the business in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide training to end-users on IT systems and software applications as needed.

What We Look For:

  • A demonstratable amount of experience in IT system administration.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft OS including the full O365 suite.
  • Basic understanding of Networking and Servers.
  • Ability to work in a proactive way in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Experience with ITIL best practices for service delivery and service management
  • Experience in Desktop engineering Intune or application packaging will be a plus.
  • Experience in handling issues related to permissions, security, access, Active Directory, unified communications.
  • Maintaining ownership and follow up on tickets till closure.
  • Contributing to continuous service improvements and quality audits, to deliver improved services to the customer.
  • Assist with user onboarding and training for new software and hardware systems.
