Job Title: Housekeeper/Cleaner
Location: Nottingham NG7
Salary: £10.90 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 25 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09.30am - 14.30pm
*September is our busiest period, you must be available to work 6 days a week from 9.00am – 17.00pm, including the weekends (psst.. extra funds to go towards your Christmas shopping!)*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning our student’s rooms including bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
- Supporting our team by cleaning communal areas.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our students.
- Reporting on daily and weekly tasks.
- Troubleshooting problems and emergency situations as they arise.
- Any other reasonable request asked of you by your manager.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- At least 1 year experience in a Housekeeper/Cleaner role.
- A real passion for housekeeping/cleaning and a fine eye for detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and clear communication skills.
- An impeccable presentation.
- An outstanding can-do attitude and the desire to work as a member of a team.
- All candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK to be considered.
