Ident-A-Kid is an INC.500 company headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida. We have specialized in child safety products and services for over 35 years. Our Visitor Management system is award-winning and used in thousands of schools across the U.S. Due to recent exponential growth in the market and our Visitor Management product, our team is expanding!
Identakid is looking for a L1 technical support professional to join our team. This is a seasonal part time position entry leave position. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, guidance, training to end-users via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems
- Document and track support tickets using Hubspot
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows
- Experience in IT support or a related field
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
We offer two start time options
Monday - Friday 7am - 12pm est.
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 1:30pm est.
