They are passionate about delivering first class IT service on behalf of their partners. As the Head of Sales Operations, you will be supporting the growth plan by design, developing and implementing sales and operations strategy. You will promote the values and vision for the business. We are looking for a highly experienced professional with experience in a similar role.

Head of Sales Operations Responsibilities:
- This is a strategic position with 5 primary goals and aims
- Review and implement forecast and sales governance processes across sales, marketing, and operational business units
- Upgrade and implement CRM to support revenue growth objectives
- Manage the bid team to drive all lines of business quotations through a single team
- Analyse data to provide guidance and support for the company strategy
- Develop your team to drive high-performance, accurate work
- Alongside managing the above functions, you will also ensure the CRO is kept up to date with any insights or advice to support the strategy
Required Skills & Experience:
- A strong understanding of customers, sales, marketing, and sales operations to enable and deliver growth
- Demonstrated ability to revolutionise processes, methodologies, and financial practices required
- The ability to set the tone regarding standards, expectations, conduct, and behaviour’s for the team
- Ability to identify problems, provide solutions and implement the most appropriate actions
- Manage projects to time and budget
