We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Milestone House Officer to join Derby Homes Emergency Accommodation service.
The Milestone House team provides a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of some of the most vulnerable people in the city.

In this role, you will support your team and the residents of Milestone House. You will have the opportunity to influence service development, creating innovative solutions to often complex problems. The challenge is significant but the satisfaction from your achievements is even greater. The work can be fast paced and demanding, you must therefore be able to respond promptly in order to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
You will have demonstrated that you are a good listener and clear communicator who can remain calm and professional whilst displaying a caring an empathetic attitude.
We are looking for people who have a proven track record of working with vulnerable customers.
The ability to record accurate detail and use our IT systems is essential.
You will be given training throughout your induction period and learn all about social housing and the services Derby Homes offer.
