We are looking to hire a Customer Services Advisors for an industry leading utilities provider. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation with great training and development opportunities and permanent employment for the right candidate in the future.
ROLE: Customer Services Advisors PAY RATE: £14.02 per hour (£518 per week pre-tax) JOB TYPE: Temporary ongoing (minimum 6 MONTHS but permanent likely) LOCATION: Reading Hybrid (Office Based once or twice a week) HOURS: Monday to Friday Days THE ROLE
- Working in a fast passed call centre taking 40-50 calls per day.
- Booking and upgrading smart meters for current business customers
- Keeping up with weekly achievable targets
- General Administrative duties
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Previous experience in call centre environments
- Superb customer services & communication skills
- Good IT skills (especially Excel)
- Personable and engaging
- "Treating Customers Fairly"
