Job description
Technical Support Analyst required to join a managed services company in Edinburgh city centre.
Our client are a Dell and Microsoft Partner who work with clients across Scotland to support their IT infrastructure implementation and management, ensuring security across all systems.
You will be joining a small team of Engineers, resolving technical issues predominately remotely, but with occasional onsite visits. Knowledge and experience of the IT space is required, but you don't need to know it all, certifications and self-study time are a part of the role and the company take a lot of pride in ensuring you have the space and time to learn and develop.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
** Strong communication skills - verbal and written
** Experience working with both Windows and MacOS systems
** Experience working with both Hardware and Software Faults
** Knowledge and experience with O365/Firewalls/VPN's
** Full UK Driving License
The salary on offer is up to £25K depending on experience + Bonus model for meeting and exceeding targets. Working format is hybrid with a two day in office working minimum preferred (there can of course be flexibility on this).
