We need someone who can help us to maintain the high quality and solution focused technical support service within our dynamic technical and change management team.
In this role, you will support clients with exceptional solutions related to Google Workspace queries.

Modern Apprenticeships
We have been providing opportunities via the Modern Apprenticeship scheme for several years and have numerous current team members who are now in permanent roles as a result of joining Cobry in this way. We have a significant commitment to learning and development and this is reflected in how seriously we take the support we give to our apprentices. Every one of our apprentices has finished their studies ahead of schedule, in good part as a result of our highly engaged approach.
Primary Responsibilities
- Help desk support for clients
- Support and assist clients to ensure continuous improvement of tools and systems
- Support the technical elements of change management projects for clients' as they move to Google Workspace.
- Assist with deployment and data migration tasks
- Commit to on-going learning, maintain relevant skills and knowledge
You will need
To excel in this position, you need to bring the following skills:
- High level of written and spoken English
- Enthusiasm about technology, and how it can be used to make businesses work better.
A bonus, but not essential, skill to have would be knowledge or experience of using Google Workspace.

Salary: £13,000
