Technical Sales Estimator

Bloxwich, West Midlands

£35,000 - 45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Permanent position

Experience required:

• Previous Sales Estimation experience is required - preferably from within the metals or fabrication sectors
• Previous experience of producing Technical Sales quotes using CAD software is essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
• The ability to learn technical industry terminology quickly and effectively is a distinct advantage
• Experience of working with customers from the Offshore, or Marine Industries could be helpful, but not essential.

Duties will include:

• Producing customer quotes using CAD computer software (Solidworks similar)
• Providing technical support to customers and advising on product suitability etc.
• Managing projects accordingly
• Implementation of new processes and improvements
• Working alone and also in cooperation with other team members
• Liaising closely with customers and sub-contract representatives
• Working to deadlines to provide suitable information to secure business

Package & benefits include:
