This role will be situated within Homes CIO, working alongside our technical colleagues to define the strategy, plan & deliver our key areas that meet our Homes Transformation programme. The purpose of the role is to lead technical team(s) and drive deliveries within our Homes transformation initiative, which is focussing on delivering new functionality to enable us to improve business operational processes & reduce obsolescence.

- Managing technology transformation plan within CIO Homes function.
- Engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders to elicit, elaborate and document the full range of requirements.
- Assisting in the translation of requirements into Features and User Stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
- Supporting by providing direction and leadership to the Scrum/delivery teams and ensuring the solutions delivered meet the levels we strive for within the Mortgage Domain.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our team, both through teaching and through learning.
What you’ll bring.
- Proven experience in project management within Finance, Risk or in a financial institution using Agile Frameworks.
- Experience in managing business stakeholders in complex scenarios requiring political awareness and negotiation skills.
- Experience in people management and delivering through others, providing support, and motivating members of the team.
- Self-driven and autonomous and able to work towards a set goal/purpose achieving the right results and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Financial management experience. From requirement gathering to planning of effort, time, and budgets.
- Strong technical background and Ability to manage highly technical teams.
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Experience in managing Salesforce implementations.
- SQL and data analysis skills
- PMP or Prince2 Certification
- Agile certification
