Role: Freelance and Engagement Manager
Location: Slough (hybrid)

This role is designed to help source, schedule and manage the Freelance Delivery team to support the delivery schedule and the achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource and onboard freelance trainers for specific delivery, programmatic requirements
- Partner with the business stakeholders to ensure aligned talent acquisition strategies are in place to support the business
- Manage the freelance budget & costs
- Provide regular activity reports on all agreed KPI’s
- Promote a working environment which aligns with the company’s values and customer centricity
- Seek to identify and implement business process improvement opportunities
About you:
- Commercial and contract experience
- Experience of working in a customer centric, fast paced, matrix environment
- Experience of people and performance management, personal development, coaching
- Identifying business process improvements
- An understanding of Apprenticeships is desirable, or a regulatory environment
- A passion for learning, coaching others and business improvement
