Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PMO Manager to join Bettys & Taylors Group newly established Group Change function on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Group Change Director, the role will play a key part in managing the portfolio of change being delivered within Bettys & Taylors, as well as providing and overseeing the frameworks and governance within which change activity operates.
Some of the key role responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the full portfolio of projects, continuously ensuring achievability and recommending adjustments needed to resolve portfolio conflicts
- Ensures effective frameworks for management of cross-group project budgets, liaising with finance teams
- Maintaining our project implementation methodology, frameworks and documentation, ensuring our delivery teams are effectively adhering to these
- Overall management of groupwide change reporting
The successful candidate will be able to evidence:
- Experience of structured project management frameworks (e.g. Prince2 or APMP)
- Experience of working with IT enabled business change
- Experience at working within a complex, multi-system, multi-business and multi-project portfolio environment
- Experience of developing and maturing a PMO environment catering for large-scale organisational change projects in a fit-for-purpose way for the organisation
