About the Team
Global Content Hub under the OC (Organizational Culture) department is committed to producing quality content for a global audience of employees with the objective of communicating organizational management philosophies and promoting employees' understanding and practice of our shared values in a highly diversified, globalized and dynamic organization. The sorts of content we create include but aren't limited to creative visual assets, documentary, storytelling and business case sharing. By reinforcing a sense of belonging and teamwork spirit among our colleagues, we hope to continuously inspire passion both at work and in life and reaffirm our pursuit of collective goals and aspirations. Responsibilities
1. Manage our Global Creative Studio under Global Content Hub, responsible for the Creative strategies of communicating our company's management philosophies, which include but aren't limited to vision, mission, values and leadership principles, helping our global employees achieve a good understanding of our corporate culture.
2. Lead team to design and implement clear, comprehensive and collaborative creative ideas from concept to delivery ensuring they're fully aligned with our global content strategies.
3. Build up a one-stop solution that integrates different creative elements and provides high quality deliverables on time and within budget, which include but aren't limited to documentaries, short videos, cartoons and images.
4. Facilitate cross-cultural fusion and communication, provide rich and localized creative assets for employees across a variety of regions such as EMEA, APAC and Americas.
5. Keep abreast of developments in cutting-edge technology, methods, standards and best practices to ensure our creative studio remains competitive.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or Master's in Photography, Film or Video Production, Cinema Studies, Digital Arts or relevant fields.
2. A solid track record in professional video, documentary or filmmaking experience in a B2C industry, preferably the Internet or technology sector, across a combination of agency, studio, and/or in-house with proficiency in Abode Premiere and Final Cut Pro.
3. Proven success managing a large team and/or multiple accounts in a diversified and globalized organization.
4. Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
5. Passionate about human resources, internal communications or organizational culture, able to understand corporate management philosophies and to deliver related messages through quality deliverables.
6. An online portfolio of relevant projects and individual contributions is required upon application.
