Technical Advisor - Engineering – The Role:
- Prioritise and process technical customer queries and requests, identifying faults and offering solutions.
- Be a main point of contact for technical advice for all stakeholders.
- Work with the wider customer services team to deliver technical advice and solutions.
- Progress chase all queries, whilst keeping the customer informed throughout.
- Ensure all administration is completed to a high level.
- Identify and highlight opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Technical knowledge including mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Experience dealing with customers to give technical advice.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Good IT skills.
- Enthusiasm and an excellent team player.
