Job description
We are looking for an experienced Security Manager who has a proven record of strong customer service skills within a corporate environment.
Our customer’s prestigious site is in Paddington.
The site requires a high level of security to be provided at all times, it is therefore ESSENTIAL that candidates have at least 2 years’ of experience working at a similar position, you will have to check the access passes, sign in and out visitors and employees and provide outstanding customer service throughout the day.
Criteria and Main Duties:
- Signing in and out visitors and employees
- Effective day to day management of the reception and the building
- Proven experience of handling and responding to emergencies
- Strong customer service and facilities management background
- Deal with fire evacuation procedures
- Dealing with on-site contractors
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with the customer, ensuring that all needs are met and a high standard of security is provided at all times
- Conduct and perform front line duties such as patrols, static standing guarding, reception
- Access control
- Each employee has a responsibility to implement and maintain the integrated Environmental, Health and Quality Management System (EHQMS)
Successful applicants will:
- Have a valid SIA licence
- Must be First Aid qualified
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a strong customer service role and/or facilities management, corporate security
- Have excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills
- Very strong customer service skills
- Strong IT skills
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm.
