More about your role

As Project Manager you will directly manage a number of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) projects in our Asset & Projects team, that operates within the Workplace Solutions function. You will lead on delivering multiple workplace projects across the UK estate at any one time including building fit-out, life cycle works, acquisitions and disposals activities. The last few years have fundamentally changed the approach to the workplace, with an increase in homeworking, hybrid working, and the facilities required for on-site workers. You will own and manage all projects from inception to practical completion and ensure delivery of a cost-effective, client-focused solution. This is a hands-on role operating in a dynamic commercial real estate environment.

Although this is an Agile role, you will be expected to travel to our sites across the UK.

More about you

You will need to be a knowledgeable Project Management professional and have experience in delivering business critical projects including office fit out and building life cycle works in a CRE environment. You will have a suitable project management qualification (such as the AMP PMQ) and be a member of a professional organisation (APM, PMI, etc). As a natural collaborator and strong communicator you will have worked with a variety of stakeholders at all levels and be used to working with cross functional teams, such as IT and procurement, to deliver customer focused solutions.
