Job description

  • We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining a smooth operation within our organization. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service, upholding company standards, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a part-time position offering flexible hours and an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and assisting with inquiries or concerns.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas, restrooms, and food preparation stations.
  • Stocking and Inventory: Monitor and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations and prevent shortages.
  • Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and company policies at all times.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and a positive working environment.

**Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Multi-tasking: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Prior Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry or customer service roles is preferred, but not mandatory.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform tasks that require bending and reaching.
