As a new Team Member, you will earn £11.05 per hour, this will increase as you develop through our management program throughout your career path.

PURPOSE OF BEER + BURGER STORE
Beer + Burger is a family owned and operated business focused on bringing the delights of extraordinarily tasty craft beers from all over the world to a broader audience, while also tickling the taste buds of our existing loyal beer-geek fans. We’re a passionate team of craft beer lovers who get that great beer and tasty burgers belong together. We’re London based at the moment, but we have big plans for the UK, our Big Hairy Audacious Goal is to be the No.1 place to buy craft beer in the UK by 2033. YOUR ROLE AS A BAR & FLOOR TEAM MEMBER
Our team members are the beating heart of our business, sharing their knowledge and passion for our beers and burgers with both our eat in and take away customers. Of course, we know that in-order to share that knowledge, we need to share it with you, so we give you everything you need to get started, and then build on the basics with a comprehensive plan for your ongoing development. All we ask from you is that you have a curiosity and thirst, not just for our great beers, but for learning, an enthusiasm for delivering and serving quality food and drink, and a desire to be part of a vibrant hard working team that’s going places
