We are looking for kind hearted and dedicated home care assistants to perform the following tasks:
- Help our clients with meal preparation, medication administration, personal care and companionship,
- Light domestic duties,
- Shopping if required,
- Any other activities to allow our clients to maintain their quality of life at home.
Expectations and Qualifications of a home care assistant:
- We expect our home care assistants to have a compassionate and caring approach to their duties;
- Professional and dedicated with good communication skills
- Reliable and flexible;
- Willing to learn and grow with the company;
- Experience in domiciliary and residential care (desirable but not essential)
- Home care qualifications are desirable but not essential as professional and paid training will be provided.

This role is based near Dorchester, we do not support relocation or visa sponsorship, candidates not residing/relocating need not apply.

Salary: Up to £15.25 per hour
