If so, then lead our Food and Beverage team at Pendennis Castle and play your part in helping our visitors experience more of England's captivating past and preserve it for generations to come.

Pendennis Castle is set on a rocky headland and offers you breath-taking views over Falmouth, the Fal estuary and the sea beyond!

Cafe no.6 in the Royal Artillery Barracks offers our visitors the opportunity to gaze out on to the beautiful horizon and enjoy delicious meals, hot and cold beverages, and local snacks.

As Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of Pendennis Castle food and beverage offer, ensuring that standards are achieved and maintained in both the front and back of house areas and that all legal requirements are met. You will recruit, train, mentor and coach your team, ensuring that our customers are offered excellent service and a warm welcome.

This is an exciting and challenging role for a passionate and enthusiastic person looking for their next challenge in a high volume catering outlet.

You will be joining the management team at Pendennis Castle, and will be supported by the Central Food & Beverage team. You will be a hands on Food and Beverage Manager responsible for the day to day delivery of exceptional customer service and exceptional food whilst managing a team of Food and Beverage Assistants. Whether it's a delicious meal, a sandwich, or a traditional cream tea, you'll make sure everything is delivered to the highest of standards for both internal and external stakeholders.
