Summary

Responsible for receiving, processing and verifying invoices related to accounting


As an Accounting Clerk, You Will;

  • Prepare customer quotes/Sales orders and sales invoices on a daily basis
  • Complete purchase to pay cycle (PO creation to invoice)
  • Ensure quick accounts receivables collection
  • Maintain accurate Inventory control
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ensure Cognibox, or other vendor tracking systems are up-to-date
  • Assist with annual budget process
  • Prepare reports on a weekly and monthly basis

What You Will Bring?

  • Minimum of three years experience in accounting field
  • Post Secondary Accounting Degree or diploma an asset
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with planning and coordination
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skillls
  • Experience working in a computerized accounting environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
