Job description
Amici front of house member Amici is a new coffee shop concept from the founders of Smith & Western which has been running for over 25 years which opened in April last year. We are looking for a keen team members. You will be responsible for educating customers on our food and drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items, taking orders and work with your team to maintain health & safety and cleanliness across the store. To be successful in this role, you should have one year’s customer service experience and a knowledge of how brewing equipment operates.
