Permanent Contract | £45,395 to £49,379 per annum (Scale L) | 37 hours per week | Priory House, Kings Lynn or Havenbridge House, Great Yarmouth

Norfolk Adult Social Care is transforming our ways of working. At the heart of the Connecting Communities work is achieving better outcomes and better experiences for the people we support, based on the things that they tell us matter to them.
We have an ambitious programme of work to adopt new ways of working in Community Care Teams that strives for more people living in an ideal setting with the right level of care and being well connected to their social networks while actively contributing to their local community. To achieve this, we are investing in new Team Managers to build on the excellent practice already happening and support local teams to adopt and sustain new ways of working.
The successful postholders will have a track record of collaborative leadership, a strong professional background in promoting independence and experience of positively implementing change and transformation.
The role will include:
championing and implementing new ways of working
engaging with teams and the wider department
delivering training & coaching peers and practitioners in adopting the new ways of working
identifying and implementing solutions to barriers and challenges in achieving outcomes
producing and using data to measure impact
working with external agencies to support recovery and transformation
As the Connecting Communities ways of working are adopted successfully and having the desired impact, the postholder will then fulfil the ordinary full responsibilities of a Team Manager role in their locality.
Postholders will be receive support, supervision and training and have close links with the Connecting Community Programme team. Norfolk County Council supports hybrid working practices – working from offices, home and other settings to fulfil your role.
