We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join the team. This is a fast-paced admin role with a strong requirement for data analysis, cleansing and reporting as well as project support. The role requires maintenance and update of Vendors in SAP and the management of the vendor change (Master Vendor Request) process, as well as maintaining and updating Material Master records and assisting with P2P mailbox cover.
There is also a requirement to help with cleansing of P2P data prior to the implementation of a new guided buying system and a requirement to run reporting from SAP and convert into Microsoft Excel. Some knowledge of Microsoft Access would be useful but is not essential.
The Purchase to Pay (P2P) Data Analyst role includes taking ownership of tasks allocated such as -
MVR (Master Vendor Request) database – loading, forwarding, and sending out emails, collating docs chasing vendors, investigating duplicate vendors, creating SharePoint folders, and keeping them up to date.
Compensation vendors - following the compensation vendor process to create vendors for payments to be made on time.
Data Cleansing – Material Master and Vendor data is required to be checked for accuracy prior to the implementation of a new guided buying system.
Forwarding workflow – Identifying and forwarding workflow to relevant individuals, actioning any responses and liaising with Accounts payable for a suitable outcome to make payments on time to vendors.
Mailbox – Monitoring the P2P mailbox to identify who emails should be re-directed to and forwarding if required. Replying to emails with relevant information
Emails Undeliverable – Investigating emails that come back undeliverable and correcting in SAP, this will mean contacting vendors by phone or email to obtain the correct

Excellent admin and database skills

Ability to follow due process
Knowledge of Microsoft business packages: Office 365 (including excel and word)
Knowledge of SAP
Good analytical mind
Ability to cleanse data
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to strict deadlines
