Solutions4Health are delighted to be offering the role of Team Administrator for Marketing which is home based. This is a part time job of 24 hours per week which can be done flexibly over 3,4 or 5 days per week with a salary of £23,000.00 to £25,000.00 pro rata depending on experience.
Role Summary
Our company is looking to hire a Team Administrator who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands and grow our presence on social media.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of the marketing team by responding to incoming enquiries and fielding requests either directly or via the ticketing system from other divisions within the business
- Analyse the results of previous campaigns, then meeting with members of the marketing team to share ideas for new content and campaigns
- Organise, assist, and support the planning of meetings, promotional activities, training workshops and events.
- Manage social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages
- Communicate with service leads, senior management and external agencies
- Support in the creation of presentations
- Using website analytics ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site
- Contribute to ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
- Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, websites, press releases and newsletters
- Understand and ensure brand guidelines are consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
- Organise and plan the production of all marketing materials by working closely with printers, sponsors, and other involved parties
- Help to plan promotional events for the company
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
- Carry out other duties related to this post.
Requirements:
Must have previous experience working in an office environment, dealing with administrative tasks. Experience of working in a marketing team or have knowledge of the wellbeing / public health sector is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail

- Problem-solving and creative-thinking skills
- Proven time management and prioritisation abilities
- Knowledge of analytics software
- Industry knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to multi-task to complete jobs to strict deadlines
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Additional Responsibilities
- Work within the Solutions 4 Health policies and accountability frameworks and be guided by public health best practice.
- Work within the context of accountability to line manager, and appropriate supervision, use own initiative and act autonomously, taking responsibility to seek advice when appropriate.
- Carry out other duties related to this post.
- This position may require occasional travel
