Relationship Management, within Business & Commercial Banking has around 1,500 Business Specialists, with a national footprint across the UK, supporting over 1 million small to medium sized businesses (turnover up to £100m), across a wide range of business sectors, with a multi-channel offering and key product specialisms. We represent the three brands of Lloyds Bank, Bank of Scotland and the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation.
About the Team
Our team is the gateway and often a clients first experience with a Cardnet colleague. We're a team of 14 whose role is to assist clients with their First enquiries and interactions with Lloyds Cardnet. We then support our sales colleagues both out in field and in our telephony centres to onboard these clients with our merchant service facilities.
Many colleagues have developed from this role into senior positions in Lloyds Bank.
About the role.
As a Sales and Admin Support Assistant you'll be responsible for supporting our Client Development Admin Manager with day to day tasks. This will allow our field sales colleagues to concentrate on selling whilst we support their newest clients with setting up their facilities and any queries in the first 3 months of being our client. We also manage the incoming new business telephone and as such there will be a certain amount of telephony work with clients and introducers.

Professional and polite manner
Excellent skills in excel, PowerPoint and other office applications
Good telephone manner
Understanding of Cardnet and merchant services (not essential as full training will be given)
