Working with our team, you will work with multinational clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
Your Role:
- You will act independently and assist senior colleagues in provision of corporate legal services to clients with worldwide presence.
- You will prepare and review legal documents for clients worldwide related to all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation to liquidation, in accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines.
- You will perform and/ or monitor statutory filings with local authorities.
- You will coordinate with clients, business partners and colleagues worldwide in order to gather information and/ or documentation required to carry out assignments.
- You will ensure that client’s, local, international and industry specific requirements are met and legal updates shared, i.e. you will follow legislation changes which may impact our services and ensure that respective legal requirements are met.
- You will maintain data and ensure proper reporting, e.g. track and report progress of your corporate legal assignments.
About You:
- You have a degree in Law in England & Wales or equivalent common law jurisdiction.
- You have The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (ISCA) qualification (not mandatory, but big advantage).
- You have 2+ years of experience in corporate secretarial practice or 1+ years of experience in provision corporate services to international clients.
- You have working experience in client servicing and project management (international exposure is an asset).
- You have ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- You are a self-starter, and have the ability to work independently, sense the urgency and understand when to escalate.
- You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You are locally resident in London.
