What you will be doing:
  • Responsible for processing expenses and planning travel, visas and itineraries for exec team members.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of office sites assisting Operations team with HSE & Facility requirements.
  • General ad hoc administrative duties such as organising post, correspondence, couriers and supporting team events and conferences.
  • Holiday, sickness and business continuity cover for Operations Administrator and Logistics Officer.
  • Embassy visits as required.
  • Adhoc business improvement projects when needed.

  • Should be detail orientated, possess excellent planning skills, and able to follow through well-defined processes.

  • Should be able to remain clam in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to critical think through multiple step-process and follow up on several details.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and major freight forward software is extremely advantages.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working as part of a cross functional team.
  • Willing to take on any departmental tasks as needed.
