What you will be doing:
- Responsible for processing expenses and planning travel, visas and itineraries for exec team members.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of office sites assisting Operations team with HSE & Facility requirements.
- General ad hoc administrative duties such as organising post, correspondence, couriers and supporting team events and conferences.
- Holiday, sickness and business continuity cover for Operations Administrator and Logistics Officer.
- Embassy visits as required.
- Adhoc business improvement projects when needed.

Should be detail orientated, possess excellent planning skills, and able to follow through well-defined processes.- Good in commercial thinking and possess excellent negotiation skills.
- Should be able to remain clam in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to critical think through multiple step-process and follow up on several details.
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and major freight forward software is extremely advantages.
- Self-motivated and capable of working as part of a cross functional team.
- Willing to take on any departmental tasks as needed.
