This role has three different areas of responsibility: Office Support, looking after our Twickenham office on a daily basis with administration duties. Recruitment administration supporting our graduate recruitment programme and main recruitment team with processing applications, creating profiles for candidates and organising interviews. Internal events which range from evening computer games nights, quizzes, escape rooms to theatre trips, weekends away, Summer and Christmas parties.
The role of Events and Administration Assistant will involve a lot of communicating across the business and people skills, liaising with candidates and staff on a daily basis. The ideal Events and Administration Assistant will be organised, personable, conscientious, have a great attention to detail and be able to manage a number of diverse tasks efficiently. You will be someone who enjoys a varied role with process driven administrative tasks as well as getting to know people and hosting events.
The list below summarises the day-to-day tasks:
- Working with the Commercial Manager on processing graduate training programme applications, liaising with candidates, scheduling timetables and meetings.
- Supporting the recruitment team with scheduling interviews, using the recruitment database to file documents and creating CV profiles when needed
- Researching, creating and planning internal company events, including charity events and evening socials
- Supporting with office administration, answering phones and management of supplies ordering

- Experience of organising events or office/recruitment administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in databases and Google docs/email system
