Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives / Packers for our client's new manufacturing site located in the heart of Nuneaton. Requirements of the Role: Basic numeracy and English language skills are essential, with the ability to follow safety and hygiene instructions. Suitable for individuals with good practical skills, who work quickly and accurately, excel as team players, and can maintain concentration over long periods. The role involves operating machinery while standing and wearing provided protective clothing, such as overalls and safety shoes. Health and safety is a top priority, and you will be responsible for reporting any issues or suggesting improvements to enhance our work environment. Knowledge Requirements: Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehousing environments is preferable. Numeracy and English language skills will be assessed during the interview. Ability to work quickly and methodically. Strong team-working skills. Ability to concentrate during repetitive tasks. Proficiency in following instructions. Awareness of health and safety protocols. Desirable: Experience working in food manufacturing, GCSEs or equivalent (including English and math), previous production line experience in FMCG, and current hygiene and health and safety certificate. Shift Patterns and Pay Rates: AM Shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, pay rate £10.42ph, increasing to £10.92ph after 12 weeks. PM Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, pay rate £10.42ph, increasing to £10.92ph after 12 weeks. Night Shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am, pay rate £12.05ph, increasing to £12.55ph after 12 weeks.
