An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream secondary school in Brent. Responsibilities: * Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Assist students with their learning and provide individual and group support as required. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for students with diverse needs. Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement strategies to support student learning. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to both students and teachers. Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and materials. Requirements: * Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Empathy and understanding towards students with diverse needs. A patient and flexible approach to working with students of different abilities.
