AerData provides lease management, records management, engine fleet planning and audit and inspection software as well as technical and back-office services for aircraft and engine operators, lessors and MROs. This Information Technology Manager position based at our offices in Crawley, England leads successful teams that provide Leasing support and Implementation for the AerData solutions.
Hybrid working options may also be available for this role.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overarching accountability for Support, Implementation, and Migration of customers to new solutions
- Engage and support current team members and Managers
- Ensures customer commitments and Service Levels are achieved or highly exceeded
- Acting as focal point for Leasing Services, involving other key stakeholders when necessary
- Acts as member of local leadership team
- Identifying problem solving + investigating customer issues – triage when necessary
- Maintain aviation/industry knowledge and experience
- Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
- Drive Continuous improvements
- Acts as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by the team. Capable of effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties
- Ability to communicate effectively with skills
- Interacting frequently with internal personnel and external customers
- Analyzes hiring results, metrics and trends to influence team strategy and performance
- Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Familiarity in aviation industry
- Experienced in a Management role
- Experience in the aviation industry leasing, records, and asset management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Knowledge and experience in the IT industry
- Ability to communicate effectively with strong presentation skills
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. Pay will be determined at the local level. Successful candidates must have legal authorization to work in England for continued employment.
