The Inversnaid Hotel is seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a General Assistant.
Live-in accommodation provided for 5.95/week
Provisions - £28/week*(this deductions includes, WiFi, cleaning materials, linen, 3 meals/day, tea/coffee, toilet paper & use of the staff laundry washing machines)
As a General Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks including guest check-ins and check-outs, handling phone and email inquiries, maintaining cleanliness and organization in public areas, and assisting with inventory management. You should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well in a team, and have a strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. They should also be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
