Main purpose of job:
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager, the Operations Associate has responsibility for the following functions within the Operations Team – Contact Centre:
· Perform daily Operational activities.
· Reconciliation of Operating Accounts in SAP.
· Processing of Payments and Collections for Customers.
· Prepare/check and distribute Funding Documents.
· Support, confirm, settle and match Treasury Activity.
· Maintain daily interest LIBOR and other currency rates.
· Record and action service calls from customers.
· Work proactively and positively with all areas of the business in line with the Orbian Vision.
· Escalation of issues to Director of Operations or Operations Supervisor.
Main duties:
· Perform daily Operational activities, which would include but are not limited to:
o Checking Daily Batch Reports
o Checking Journal postings to SAP
o Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
· Reconciliation of Operating Accounts in SAP
o Reconciliation of each programs disbursement and collection accounts
o Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
· Processing of Payments and Collections for Customers
o Print and check payment runs is SAP
o Upload payment files into bank processing portal
o Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
· Prepare/check and distribute Funding Documents
o Prepare draft Servicer Certificates
o Check final Servicer Certificate and distribute to all financing parties
o Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
· Support, confirm, settle and match Treasury Activity
o Provide Back Office Treasury Support
o Confirm and verify deals in IT2 Treasury System
o Match incoming confirmations from counterparties
o Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
· Maintain daily interest LIBOR and other currency rates
o Input LIBOR and Currency rates from Bloomberg into Orbian system
o Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
· Record and action service calls from customers
o Record and action all inbound customer calls in the Salesforce system
o Undertake within defined policy, procedures and SLA
· Work proactively and positively with all areas of the business and in line with the Orbian Vision.
· Escalation of issues to Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £38,000.00 per year
