Job description
We are looking for an inspirational Headteacher with a proven track record of delivering high standards in educational achievement for pupils in the independent sector. We are looking for a highly motivated school leader who has the vision and tenacity to drive the school improvement agenda forward, engaging pupils, staff and the community during the next stage of this school’s journey.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a great team of teachers, to observe and share practice on a regular basis, developing pedagogy through reflection. We pride ourselves on excellent pupil behavior and our strong ethos of Islamic identity.

We are looking for a Headteacher who:
- Is a highly effective and successful leader with drive, ambition, high expectations and the skills to inspire the very highest expectations for all pupils and staff.
- Is completely committed to the development of both pupils and staff.
- Is committed to working collaboratively with the Governing Body
- Is comfortable with accountability.
- Will ensure consistently effective teaching and high-impact intervention strategies.
- Will provide a stimulating learning environment.

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
