About The Role

In this two-year programme the successful candidate will rotate through various teams in Finance (including Finance Operations, Financial Planning & MI, Financial Control, Financial Reporting and Treasury). The successful candidate will be in a great position to progress to a permanent position within the finance team at the end of the programme.

Through the programme you will build a broad working knowledge of the various disciplines across the finance team, with a view to specialising in a particular area at the end of the programme.

We provide professional qualification support which includes Subscription to CIMA/ACCA and the cost of a tuition course per exam. As part of this study support package, you will have study days for each exam.

The candidate is expected to commit to, and demonstrate, good progress through either the CIMA or ACCA professional qualifications to support their practical experience.

Hybrid Working
The nature of role would require presence in the office. Most of the team are in the office 3 days a week but we can be flexible.

About the recruitment process and what to expect

Your application will be reviewed. If successful, you will be invited to a virtual interview via Teams for approx. 45 minutes.
If successful at that stage, you will be invited to the final stage interview for approx. 30 minutes. This is a chance for us to get to know each other further.

The recruitment process is an opportunity for you to see Motability Operations as much as it is for us to get to know you. Our team will be able to answer any questions you have about the recruitment process and the role.

About You

We are looking for a graduate who is committed to pursuing a career in Finance. In addition to good finance/analytical skills, you will need to demonstrate the versatility to work across the different disciplines in Finance.

About the team:

The Finance team at Motability Operations (MO) consists of 65 people across our London and Bristol offices. We work closely with all areas of the business in support of the delivery of our wider strategy and business objectives. The finance team covers a wide range of disciplines from specialist technical roles (e.g. tax or treasury) to interactive business-facing roles (e.g. planning activities and business partnering). We are committed to developing and supporting our people through their career in Finance at MO.

Customers exchange their higher rate mobility allowance to lease a range of affordable vehicles (cars, wheelchair accessible vehicles, scooters and powered wheelchairs) with insurance, maintenance and breakdown assistance included.
